Located in Silicon Valley where technology and innovation has fueled increasing employment and real estate expansion for decades, we began our journey of purchasing, improving, and managing real estate properties in 2005.
Our quest began to address the growing need for employee housing, along with additional commercial service spaces to serve the expanding communities in the Bay Area and surrounding counties.
The Bay Area’s technology ecosystem encompasses a world of business leaders and tech start-ups, many unicorns with market values of over $1 billion, and venture capital funding fueling the exponential growth in the region. All told, close to 4,600 companies are residing and expanding in this region. These companies include global brands such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Netflix, and many more. According to CBRE’s 2019 Bay Area Techbook Report, this expansion has spurred close to 100 million square feet of growth since 2009, totaling close to 200 million square feet of occupied office and R&D space in the region.
