EIG utilizes a combination of private investments combined with leveraged financing from banks, government lending, and other non-traditional lenders such as life insurance companies to acquire multi-tenant residential and service commercial buildings.

Our investment philosophy is to focus on value-add properties where we reposition mismanaged real estate assets, thereby creating new value by increasing income generated by the properties.  Our portfolio consists of tens of thousands of square feet of commercial properties in the Bay Area and Northern California regions.

Our model consists of using technology to differentiate ourselves.  We employ advanced analytics and data mining techniques to identify and acquire under-valued properties. Furthermore, we instill constant rigor and discipline in managing each property, with the continuous goal to add value, to increase rents, and thereby deliver exceptional ROI for our investors.
